Kid Heist Notice Walkthrough

moonlightmagicianIf you have come to this page then you either wanted to check your answer to Kaito's riddles OR you're a cheater and getting the answer without attempting it. Either way! Here are your answers!
The first part isn't really all that hard to figure out. Kaito has gone trough and intentionally capitalized a few letters in his notice. Start with these so that you have:
To my dear detectives,
It has come to my attention That you all have not Had a real puzzling Case in quite some time. I have plEassign news for you all as I haVe taken it upon myself to leave you with a fun little puzzle. And, so you are all aware, hidden somewhere is a Distraction. I sincerely hope you don't waste too much time on it.
You may have Nnoticed that the chIld by the name of EdoGawe has gone missing and, for some of you this isn't at all Surprising at all and more of an everyday occurRence. There's no cause tO worry as I have him safe and sound. The two of us have faced off enough that I feLt he would have had an Unfair advantage. For this reason he is to stay with me for a time.
Please disregArd a portion of this notice.
You should find the letters: T, H, C, E, V, D, N, I, G, S, R, O, L, U, F, A.
Now we come to the post script in the heist notice its self:
_-B, _-B, _-B, _-A, _-C, _-E, _-E, _-B, _-D, _-A, _-D, _-A, _-G, _-C, _-B, _-C
This is a very important key to follow while cracking the scrambled letters code. Each letter deside the blank key represents how many times a letter is shown in the final product. For example: (A - 1) A is the the first letter of the alphabet so the letters matched with an A only show up once in the code.
If you match the right numbers with the letters you should have something like this.
R-B, U-B, H-B, F-A, D-C, O-E, E-E, V-B, I-D, G-A, A-D, Y-A, T-G, N-C, S-B, C-C
OR
R-2, U-2, H-2, F-1, D-3, O-5, E-5, V-2, I-4, G-1, A-4, Y-1, T-7, N-3, C-3
From that you get fifty letters!

And if you manages to unscramble them into a sentence that makes sense you will have:
CONGRATULATIONS DETECTIVE YOU HAVE FOUND THE DISTRACTION
Wh-which basically means this whole code was colossal waste of time.
Now for the notice itself!
When evening dawns on the twelfth day of the stubborn month I shall make my appearance and steal your attention away long enough for the laws of physics to break once more.
If you think you can challenge me I shall eagerly await our meeting on the upper most part of the place in the place of knowledge.
♥Kaitou Kid [Kid insignia]
This is REALLY easy to figure out. But he's done that on purpose.
Sunset on the 12th of May, May -Taurus - bull - stubborn.
And the place of Knowledge would obviously be the library.
Now we come to parts not yet posted. When your Character reached the library They will find Kid's insignia over a newspaper section. In this section- tucked in with newspapers about Kaitou Kid is ANOTHER notice:
You Didn't Really Think It Was That Easy Did You?
I suggesT you retRacE your steps and try again. [Kid Insignia]
_-C, _-A, _-C
Remember this code? It's much easier this time and uses the same Key. You should have:
R-E, T-A, E-C
TERRERE - Terrere Tower.
If you follow this clue, just as before there's another insignia nearby yet ANOTHER notice.
Bummer! Not here either!
By now you're probably getting a little steamed up. Might I suggest a bath?
Another relatively easy one but the code is in the wording.
Key words: Steamed, Bath
Answer? Sauna!
And here, again there is only a notice bearing a rather strange letter.
Hi-Ho Cherry-o!
I have stolen your time and I am very Sorry! This Operation requires that I Trouble myself to steal even more.
You must be ready to Kick The Can at me so I'll give you a Clue. I'm waiting for you to take a Risk and come play Chase with the Phantom Thief Kid.
If you notice, there are MORE capitol letters in this notice but it's not the same as the key before. Every Capitalized word has something in common with the other.
They are all games!

I have stolen your time and I am very Sorry! This Operation requires that I Trouble myself to steal even more.
You must be ready to Kick-The-Can at me so I'll give you a Clue. I'm waiting for you to take a Risk and come play Chase with the Phantom Thief Kid.
There are two clues hidden here but I'll only reveal the one that leads to the next notice.
Games - Game Room.
The Second to last notice reads as follows:
You're almost there! There are just a few more hoops to jump through before we can meet at my favorite place.
Have you found the distraction yet?
To get to the last notice you'll have to have a history lesson on Kaitou Kid. Which is why he left the notice in the library tucked with the newspapers articles on Kid. A lot of them probably state that he usually makes his escape by jumping off the roof.
Key word: Jump
So, his favorite place? The Roof.
YAY! You made it to the end where there is only ANOTHER Notice. But he's there. On the roof. He just won't show himself until after the last notice is read.
Obviously Not.
Since you've come so far I'll give you a hint; Think carefully over all the notes I've left and retrace your steps.
You will find I've been here all this time.
Okay. So there are a few hints left in the notice but I'm leave that to everyone to figure out on their own.
